New Day Tomorrow

Ok, so I thought I would blog my diet and exercise plan for tmrw to start a-fresh.

I read somewhere that it’s a good idea to set yourself eating times so I thought I would give it a go.

Breakfast: 10am

Banana

Coffee

Lunch: 2pm

Scrambled Eggs (2x)

Dinner: 7:30/8pm

Brocolli and quorn chicken w/t 1x egg

Snacks: Iced coffee, Banana x1, Berries

Fitness Plan:

walk to and from gym, 4 miles in total

gym: cross trainer 40 mins, run 20 mins, 40 sit ups

HELP!

Ok, so I went to Brick Lane today to do some vintage shopping and of course the food there is really good so…I ate….a lot!!!!!!

Feeling like this now I know it isn’t worth it so I don’t know why I can’t say no! And then when I’m having a bad food day I let it get worse because I feel like there  is no way I can rescue it anyway.

I seriously need some guidance/advice with this issue! If anyone knows what I mean let me know!
